About Montessori
The Montessori philosophy is based on the scientific findings of Maria Montessori and works to empower children to take charge of their own learning. In turn they build skills, responsibility and self-confidence. The foundation built from individualized lessons in academics and social interactions in a multi-age classroom stay with students throughout their lives.
Our Commitment
MOLO is dedicated to upholding the standards of Maria Montessori and the American Montessori Society (AMS). As such, we only hire Montessori certified lead teachers at every age level. We strive to find Teacher Assistants who are experienced and dedicated to Montessori philosophy.

Our staff members commit to being lifelong learners through continuous professional development to ensure best practice in our daily teaching and care for children. We will set examples in the behavior of courtesy, care for others, and developing a mindset to reduce the amount of waste in our daily living and a habit of recycling.

Anneka Yang
Founder, MOLO Education Group
Certified in Early Childhood and Administration by the American Montessori Society (AMS). She has more than 10 years of experience managing Montessori schools. Anneka Yang currently pursuing an Ed.D.Her research focuses on integrating Montessori education principles into youth sports and coaching practices.
Jolene Tollett
Director, MOLO Bilingual Montessori School
AMS Early Childhood certified; Texas state-certified educator; 20+ years of Montessori experience; nine years in a public Montessori classroom in inner-city Houston; Master's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Childhood Curriculum and Development.

Ms. Olga brings over 20 years of experience working with children and extensive experience in administration. Olga enjoys supporting MOLO’s families and amazing teachers while keeping the many moving parts of the school day running smoothly. Whether she’s answering questions, sharing a smile, or solving a little mystery at the front desk, she loves helping the MOLO community feel right at home.
